Briar Hill Midwives

Cooper Jack Nielsen--was born safely in our home last night (June 8th) at 11pm! Under the loving care of our amazing midwives, we were able to experience an incredible home/water birth. This was my shortest labour ever (hallelujah!), it started at 7pm and he was born 4 hours later! I feel amazing (both physically as well as emotionally), and Cooper is such a dream! We feel truly blessed that he arrived safely, and is such a healthy, happy boy!

Cooper is 9 lbs 4 oz and 21 inches long and now shares a birthday with his cousin Brett! We are all doing really well and truly enjoying our newest addition to the clan!
