Hi Sue,

Greg and I had a baby girl - Julia on May 19th. She was three days early, and labour lasted only three and a half hours. We hardly made it to the hospital in time! She weighed in at 6lbs 6oz, and was 19 inches long. I had a little extra hospital stay due to lots of tearing and swelling, but am feeling pretty good. It was a crazy fast experience. Julia had pooped in the amniotic fluid, and her heartrate was really low apparently, 50-60 bpm, and not coming back up. Between pushing, the nurses were prepping me for a Casaerean as they wanted her out ASAP. With a little help from the vacuum, I pushed her out, and we are both healthy! The staff told me I delivered a C-Section baby. Glad I could.
